Rights & Resolution Advocates is an international NGO that mobilizes a global network of resources and expertise to protect and restore basic human rights through quiet diplomatic negotiation for the release of persons arbitrarily deprived of freedom.

WHAT IS OUR STRATEGY?

Credible partners approach Rights & Resolution Advocates with potential cases.  We research each case using our network of experts and contacts.  We generally accept a case when the imprisoned individual fits our profile; where strategic relationships and resources can be established and leveraged toward gaining the release of the individual; and where there is an opportunity for release and immigration to a safe haven.

Our profile for a client would be a person arbitrarily incarcerated for religious or political reasons (not justly criminal in nature); the client does not have the resources to help themselves; the client desires freedom and is in agreement with the intervention and release plan and there are no other agencies working on the client’s case.
